Our restaurant sources A5-ranked black Japanese beef from all over Japan, from Hokkaido in the north to Kagoshima in the south, to satisfy our chefs.
One of Enju's specialties is to offer delicious Japanese beef from a variety of regions.
In addition to meat, we are also particular about seafood, and you can enjoy fresh domestic seafood from the Tsukiji Market and other markets.

Aged red meat steak (100g) 5,500 yen (tax included)
A5-ranked black Wagyu beef lean meat (rump, shintama), with 60% of excess fat, sinew, and other parts that interfere with the texture cut off,

Teppanyaki grilled Japanese large Ise lobster 15,400 yen / half 7,700 yen (tax included)
The plump and tight texture is a taste that can only be obtained from domestic products.

A5-ranked black Wagyu beef chateaubriand 11,000 yen (tax included)
Originally, only a small amount of fillet meat could be taken from each cow.
Chateaubriand is the heart of the filet, which has even better meat quality.
